  • Generate year-end income summaries
  • Respond to your support requests

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Supabase (secure data storage)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • As required by law

4. Information Visibility

Within the LoanLoop platform, contact information is shared only between the parties on a given loan:

  • Lenders can see their borrowers' names, email addresses, and phone numbers (if provided)
  • Borrowers can see their lender's name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
  • Co-borrowers on the same loan can see each other's names and email addresses, but not phone numbers
  • No information is visible to other LoanLoop users outside your loans

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and Row Level Security to protect your data. Each user can only access their own data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting hello@loanloop.app

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
